In fact, for years I have searched for the perfect heavy-duty roughout belt to match my collection of heritage roughout boots from companies like Red Wing Shoes, John Lofgren and Oak Street Bootmakers. Standard smooth leather belts on an outfit with roughout boots just look out of place and don’t match. That’s why I decided to make my own.

Handmade in Sweden, this heirloom-quality roughout suede double leather belt is designed for those who love to pair their roughout leather boots with that crisp raw denim. Over time, this roughout belt will pick up indigo dye from your denim, developing a patina that tells your story—just like your boots do. I’ve been wearing mine and it is already showing some nice patina on it in just a few weeks!

✔ The Leather: This belt is built using vegetable-tanned leather from Tärnsjö Garveri, one of the world’s most prestigious tanneries. The base is a solid 8oz (3.5mm) full-grain leather strap, topped with a 4-5oz (1.6mm) roughout suede—the perfect thickness for durability and comfort.

How To Measure Your Heirloom Roughout Suede Double Leather Belt Size

Method 1:

1. Wear your favourite pair of jeans
2. Measure from the main button through the belt loops to the main button again
3. If you are between sizes, round it off to the next number (e.g. if your size is 92.4 cm, order 93cm)

Method 2:

1. Measure your existing belt from the tip of the buckle to the most used hole. Straighten your belt while you measure.
2. If you are between sizes, round it off to the next number (e.g. if your size is 92.4 cm, order 93cm)

Note: We want our belts to fit you perfectly. Hence, we offer our belts in 1cm increments.  Every belt is built once we receive an order and is sized to your exact waist measurement. Therefore, our belts are not returnable or refundable.
