VERSATILE DUO
Black and brown. The only two belts you actually need.
I cut both belts from 4 mm full-grain leather from Tärnsjö Garveri and make them to your exact waist measurement. You choose the model and colour freely. Both belts are stamped with your initials by hand, at no extra cost.
The buckle is solid and sand-cast in brass or stainless steel, attached with Chicago screws rather than glue. That means the buckle can always be replaced if needed. A lifetime warranty is included on both belts.
The Heritage Preservation Balm is included at no extra cost. Worth €20. It is the leather care I mix myself in the workshop and use on every belt before it leaves Älmhult.

No. 1 Leather Belt

No. 1 is one of the original models in the Palsjö range. The buckle has a distinctive shape that gives the belt personality without standing out too much. Brass adds warmth and character.
The steel buckle gives No. 1 a sharper and more contemporary feel. Same distinctive shape, but with a cooler finish for those who prefer a modern look.
Dress Belts · 32–35 mm
For suits and formal wear.
Narrower belts for dress trousers and suits. Classic Slim and No. 1 Slim are 32 mm with a brass buckle. Erik and Axel are 35 mm with polished steel. The same Tärnsjö leather and the same lifetime warranty.

Classic Slim & No. 1 Slim
A timeless buckle shape at 32 mm that fits perfectly with suit trousers with narrower belt loops. The brass buckle gives a warm and classic feel that works as well for a business meeting as for an evening out.
Same 32 mm width as Classic Slim but with a buckle shape that has more personality. Good for those who want a dress belt with a more distinctive character without moving away from the formal.

Erik & Axel
35 mm with a polished steel buckle and a clean, elegant shape. Works as well with a dark suit as with light linen trousers. A modern dress belt for those who want a clean formal look.
Same 35 mm and polished steel as Erik, but with a buckle shape that is slightly more distinctive in silhouette. A good choice for those who want a dress belt with a bit more personality without compromising on the formal.

Up to four letters are stamped directly into the leather before the belt leaves the workshop. It is not a label or a print. It is a mark that stays for life and becomes more defined over the years as the leather darkens around it.

Heritage Preservation Balm. Included at no cost.
Vegetable-tanned full-grain leather ages beautifully when it is looked after properly. The balm keeps the leather supple, protects against moisture and deepens the patina’s colour over the years. I mix it myself in the workshop from natural ingredients.

SIZE
Measure once — and the belt fits perfectly.

Method 1:
- Put on your favourite jeans
- Measure from the top button through the belt loops back to the main button again
- If you are between sizes, round up to the next cm (for example, if your measurement is 92.4 cm, order 93 cm)
Method 2:
- Measure your existing belt from the tip of the buckle pin to the hole you use most. Keep the belt flat while you measure.
- If you are between sizes, round up to the next cm (for example, if your measurement is 92.4 cm, order 93 cm)
Every belt is cut to your exact measurement, not S, M or L. That means you get a belt that fits precisely — but it requires you to measure carefully following the instructions above. Do not use your jeans size. Measure an existing belt or follow the measuring guide — it takes a minute and makes all the difference.
Over 950 belts have left the workshop. Three have come back because of a sizing issue. All three had not followed the measuring instructions.
If you measure correctly and the belt still does not fit — I adjust it at no cost. That is my promise.

Palsjö is a one-man workshop in Älmhult, a small town in the Småland region of Sweden. Every product is made by one person — me. My name is Mano. I cut the leather, I assemble it, I finish it and I send it to you.
This is not a romantic idea. It is about accountability. When the same person does everything, there is no one else to blame if something falls short. Every belt that leaves this workshop carries my name — and that is how I want it to stay.
Products from Palsjö are made to be repaired, not replaced. Every belt is assembled with Chicago screws rather than glue. If the buckle ever wears out it can be swapped easily. The leather is built to last a lifetime, and the warranty reflects exactly that.
