I wanted to give you a peek behind the curtain.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working on the first prototype of the new Palsjö leather tote bag. It’s still early, but I’ve recorded a short video to show you what I’ve made so far—how it looks, how it feels, and the choices I’ve made in the design.

This version includes:

• The overall shape and size idea

• Clean lines and minimal hardware to keep it timeless

I’ve made these choices based on what I personally value in a tote: simplicity, durability, and versatility. But this isn’t just my bag—it’s ours. I’m listening closely to what you and others have shared in the survey, and I’ll be adjusting the design as feedback comes in.
