The Organization Problem

67% of you said your current tote bags are a mess.

“Just one big compartment—everything gets lost.” “No pockets, no dividers, just chaos.” “I wish it had a zippered pocket and a phone slot.”

Your top priorities?

• Internal pockets (90%)
• Zipper closure (80%)
• Laptop compartment (70%)
• Adjustable straps (60%)

So I tackled it head-on. Here’s what’s inside the new tote:

• A trigger snap hook so your keys are always easy to find
• Two generous pockets—one for your phone, one for your wallet
• A zippered pocket for valuables (I use mine for cables and pens)

The Strap Struggle

38% of you said your straps were uncomfortable.

“Straps fall off my shoulder.” “Too thin—hurts when the bag is heavy.” “Needs padding or wider straps.”

Handle preferences were split:

• Long shoulder handles (50%)
• Short handles (30%)
• Both or flexible (20%)

So here’s the fix:

• Removable straps in two sizes—short and long
• A crossbody strap for hands-free comfort
• Wider, padded handles that stay put and feel good
